PunnkFunnk Return and Replacement Policy

• PunnkFunnk does not offer a Return Policy once the product is delivered and opened by the customer.

• In case a product reflects a technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post physical examination of the product and if there is no issue found, same unit will be dispatched.

• If customer contact us within 7 days of delivery and within the warranty period, product is replaced with an equivalent condition product, post testing.

• In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock (colour/variant), an alternate product with equivalent price will be offered and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.

Attention: If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order.

The refunds will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse and after a thorough quality check, the refund will be initiated.

Under all the above conditions, we will arrange for a reverse pickup except for non-serviceable pin codes where we request customers to self-ship and we will take up the courier charges up to Rs.150. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt &
verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost
of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining
payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, the cost of any missing items must be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.

Under no conditionwill a refund or replacement be provided under the below circumstances:

• The customer is not happy with the looks/sound of a defect-free product.

• Any electrical surge that caused damage by the customer

• Any physical damage that is not notified to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
